Aimee J. Davis, broker
Aimee J. Davis is a native Floridian and double graduate from the University of Miami with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in business administration.
She started working in Real Estate in 1986 and began her career as a vested partner with Legacy Development. She was Senior VP of Sales and Marketing and managed the Sales, Closing and Customer Service Departments for all of the company's New Home Residential Developments.
Aimee participated in every aspect of the sales and product development process and was integral part of the team responsible for Market Research, Economic forecasting, implementing pricing and sales strategies, media buys, control procedures and customer services systems, as well as consulting for other investors/builders. Some of these systems earned national recognition and awarded for " Excellence in Quality Building."
When the company completed its building operations, she shifted to the Realty Division of Legacy with emphasis in building and managing the company's investment portfolio and the marketing of Commercial, Luxury and Waterfront residential properties.
In 2022, she became Owner and Broker of Legacy Realty Services, Inc. and continues to bring her expertise to Investors, Buyer and Sellers.
